We have made turnkey hatchery for shellfish in 40feet containers that can be positioned both on the ground and on a floating platform.

 

The production module can supply 50 million animals per year (Ruditapes philippinarum and Ruditapes Decussatus).

 

The system is modular and is divided into 3 optional modules:

 

BASIC MODULE

Consisting on the larval sector and the setting sector

 

PHYTO MODULE

It allows you to independently produce the food need for the larvae

 

FILTRATION MODULE

It is optional and allows to produce clam seed in a closed circuit with water filtration. This module makes it possible to produce shellfish seeds even in environments with difficulty in finding salt water and is completely independent from the collection of water.
