Our systems are made up of circular in-line photobioreactors complete with feeding and sterilization systems.
The system produces microalgae of different species both in a mix and individually as needed.
The capacity of the phytoplankton production system is unlimited and depends on the initial sizing of the photobioreactors.
The capacity of a photobioreactor varies according to the models varies between 40lt and 200lt
The system is complete with thermostating circuit for single photobioreactor and pH measurement, carbon dioxide dosage to keep the concentration constant.

A medium-sized system equipped with 50 photobioreactors is able to produce on average about 10,000lt a day of phytoplankton at a concentration of 3 million cells per ml.
